Mass Senior Care is committed to working to improve the regulatory environment to ensure that vital resources are focused on resident care. To achieve these improvements, we need your and your leadership’s assistance and active participation in our Leadership Summit as we navigate a path forward using a thoughtful, deliberate, and strategic approach to improving care for our residents and ensuring transparency and consistency in the survey process.
