By accessing and or using any of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, Inc. or the Massachusetts Senior Care Foundation, Inc. (collectively “Mass. Senior Care” or “we” or “us”) internet properties, including but not limited to maseniorcare.org and maseniorcarefoundation.org (collectively referred to as the “Websites”), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).  The Policy is an agreement between you and Mass. Senior Care that, among other things, notifies you of our information management practices, including the types of information we collect and how such information is used and safeguarded.  This Policy applies only to information collected through our Websites or electronically through other means and does not apply to information collected offline.
