On February 4, 2025, Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE) released guidance for ALRs on reporting requirements required by 651 CMR 12.04(13)(a)(2). The regulations require all Massachusetts certified ALRs to submit an accurate report for the period of January 1st through December 31st, 2024, on or before March 1st, 2025.

The guidance includes instruction on completing the report as well as two links to access the online reporting.
