Management/Administration Positions
- Nursing Home Administrators oversee the daily operations of the nursing facility to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Administrators typically have a degree in health care administration or a related field or are Registered Nurses with additional training in long term care administration. - Assisted Living Executive Directors manage the daily operations of the residence to ensure the services and care the residents need are provided.
- Financial Management Staff manages the facility’s financial affairs, including overseeing of insurance coverage and benefits as well as the billing and collection process. Most facilities have a financial manager who may be assisted by billing and reimbursement clerks.
- Human Resource Staff is responsible for all personnel matters at the facility, including staff recruitment, hiring and benefits administration.
