Mass Senior Care is proud to announce that Nathan Oriol, Director of Finance and a licensed nursing home administrator at Oriol Health Care, has been selected by the American Health Care Association/ National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) as a future leader in long term and post-acute care. Nathan will participate in AHCA/NCAL’s Future Leaders program, which provides year-long training and mentorship for professionals in long term and post-acute care.
Nathan was nominated and selected based on his leadership characteristics at the state level that will prepare him to serve in future leadership positions within AHCA/NCAL. Over a period of 12 months, Nathan will have the opportunity to acquire skills and learn exciting information to enhance his leadership skills, including attending a 3-day training session in Washington, DC.
