The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) adopted on an emergency basis updated Medicaid rates of payment for Ambulance and Wheelchair Van services, effective September 20, 2019. EOHHS estimates that the annual aggregate MassHealth expenditures will increase by $7.9 million as a result of the amendments. EOHHS will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the First Floor Conference Room, 100 Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts.
