  • Deadline Extended - 2017 Nursing Facility Employment Surveys Due July 14th
July 10, 2017

Massachusetts Senior Care Association’s 2017 Nursing Facility Employment Survey has been mailed out to Nursing Facility Administrators.  The deadline to return the survey has been extended to Friday, July 14, 2017.

Mass Senior Care member providers have traditionally used the results of this survey to help them assess their wage and benefit packages.  The aggregate survey data also enable us to document the costs associated with staff recruitment and retention, health insurance coverage and other factors as we continue to advocate for appropriate public funding for quality nursing home care.  Your response is key to ensuring the most comprehensive data possible.

In order to preserve confidentiality, survey results will be presented only in the aggregate, both statewide and regionally, and individual facilities will not be identified.  The resultant report will be distributed only to those providers who complete the survey.  All instructions are included in the survey document and examples are presented when appropriate.

Please contact Chief Operating Officer Gary Abrahams if you have any questions about the wage survey.
