Mass Senior Care invites MSCA members to attend a free educational webinar highlighting the Massachusetts Center for Health Information and Analysis’ (CHIA) newly released Nursing Facility Industry Profile Report and interactive data tools.
This session will provide an overview of CHIA’s updated nursing facility data covering the 2021–2024 period, including measures of financial performance, utilization, and quality of care at both the industry and individual facility level.
CHIA representatives will walk participants through the interactive dashboard and Databook, demonstrating how users can filter and customize data by financial and quality indicators, benchmark facility performance, and efficiently navigate available reports and profiles. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
Participants attending this webinar will gain:
•A clear understanding of what industry and facility-level data is included in the 2021–2024 nursing facility profile report; and
•A live, practical walkthrough of the dashboard and Databook tools, including how to filter and customize views
