Mass Senior Care is pleased to announce our 2026 Spring Conference and Trade Show, taking place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the DCU Center in Worcester.
The 2026 conference will focus on the state of the long term care workforce, exploring current staffing challenges, future projections, and innovative strategies to build and sustain a strong pipeline of caregivers. Educational sessions will feature speakers from the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Mass Senior Care, and Providers who will highlight workforce trends, newly expanded career ladder opportunities, best practices from colleagues, and practical solutions to build your workforce.
Attendees will have the opportunity to earn CEUs, engage with peers from across the long term care continuum, and connect with exhibitors showcasing products and services that support today’s workforce and operational needs.
