Unpacking the FY 2026 MDS Changes and Quality Program Implications

Seminar Description:

Just like solving a complex puzzle, understanding the FY 2026 regulatory changes takes focus and the right approach. This session will break down the October 1, 2025, launch of MDS 3.0 v1.20.1, highlighting key revisions in Sections J (Falls) and O (Therapy Services), along with new compliance requirements under the updated F641 Accuracy of Assessment and CMS surveyor guidance. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve coding accuracy, prevent F-tag citations, and strengthen the connection between MDS data and publicly reported quality outcomes—helping their facilities stay ahead in today’s shifting compliance environment.

Cancellation Policy

Mass Senior Care must be notified in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, which will be refunded in the manner in which the payment was made. “No Show” attendees will be billed at the full registration fee.
