Seminar Description:

Join us for an in-depth review of the most frequently cited deficiencies from Massachusetts nursing home surveys. Drawing on the latest state survey data, this session will identify the top areas of noncompliance, examine the regulatory standards behind them, and discuss why these issues continue to challenge providers across the Commonwealth. Participants will gain insight into emerging regulatory trends and areas where heightened oversight is expected. This session will provide insights into regulatory trends, examples of best practices, and proactive steps administrators and clinical leaders can take to reduce risk and improve quality.
