Mass Senior Care would like to extend an invitation to Veterans to join Alliance Health and other member communities to participate in Dream Flights. This incredible program honors Veterans by giving them the chance to fly in a restored World War II-era biplane. Mass Senior Care is pleased to sponsor the events with support from Alliance Health. We are offering two flight events:
Wednesday, July 23 at 9:00 AM – Up to 6 flight spots available
Flightlevel Aviation at Beverly Regional Airport
191 Old Burley St, Danvers, MA 01923
Thursday, July 24 at 9:00 AM – 2 flight spots available
Boston Executive at Norwood Memorial Airport
209 Access Road, Gate 3, Norwood, MA 02062
These events typically last a few hours. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Family members of the participants are expected to attend, and we encourage a large crowd for both events. Facility staff support will also be important to ensure a great experience.
Please reach out to Caitlin Hughes, Membership Engagement and Communications Manager, if your facility has a Veteran resident who would like to participate! If someone is not a Veteran but this experience would mean a lot to them, perhaps because of a connection to the military or a passion for aviation, we are happy to try to accommodate. Due to the tight turnaround and the donated time of the volunteer pilots, we must secure full commitments quickly. There is no cost to participate, but donations to Dream Flights are always welcome.
