
Mass Senior Care facility members gathered earlier this week for the two-day MSCA Leadership Conference, When Caring Gets Complicated: Strategies for Difficult Situations, at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. The Conference addressed the impact that challenging or non-compliant residents and family members can have on key operational areas, including regulatory compliance (deficiencies and complaints), financial stability (accounts receivable and bad debt growth), and workforce challenges (staff satisfaction, retention, and turnover).
