The deadline for submission for Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP) is May 15, 2025. It is recommended that providers run applicable iQIES/NHSN analysis reports prior to each quarterly reporting deadline, to ensure that all required data has been submitted. Swingtech sends informational messages to SNFs that are not meeting Annual Payment Update (APU) thresholds on a quarterly basis ahead of each submission deadline.
