Maintaining compliance is more critical than ever in the ever-evolving landscape of long-term care. Join Mass Senior Care and Hooper Lundy Bookman to review the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Industry Segment-Specific Compliance Program Guidance (ICPG) for Nursing Facilities. In addition, the webinar will include an overview of recent Health & Human Services, OIG, and Department of Justice investigations as well as an overview of relevant laws including federal anti-kickback and false claims.

 

In addition, the program will review the necessary components that must be included in your facility’s mandated compliance programs.

 

Participants attending this webinar will:

•Recognize a nursing facilities areas of risk related to the OIGs ICPG.

•Understand relevant laws where non-compliance could lead to federal investigations.

•Identify the components of the mandatory compliance program requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Mass Senior Care must be notified in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, which will be refunded in the manner in which the payment was made. “No Show” attendees will be billed at the full registration fee. Cancellations should be emailed to info@maseniorcare.org.
