Seminar Description:

Chapter 197 of the Acts of 2024 written into law on September 6, 2024, requires long-term care facilities to develop and implement an outbreak response plan by March 5, 2025 and submit the plan for review to DPH.  Join Mass Senior Care and Capsid Consulting to review the requirements for long-term care facilities related to the law, the components that must be included in your facility’s outbreak response plan and how to successfully implement your plan when needed.

Cancellation Policy

Mass Senior Care must be notified in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, which will be refunded in the manner in which the payment was made. “No Show” attendees will be billed at the full registration fee.
