ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRITY

Dear Youville Employee,

We are owned and managed by Covenant Health, which was formed by the Grey Nuns of Montreal to continue their work in the field of health care in New England.

Covenant Health developed a program called “Organizational Integrity” to ensure that all facilities related to Covenant operate according to a set of values that are at the heart of all that we do. These values shape our commitment to those we serve, to each other, to our payers, and to the government.

An essential part of this program is a commitment to the “Standards of Conduct” which continue to promote our values and our compliance with ethical principles, regulations and laws. We want to continue to shape a culture where we are known for “doing the right thing” for all concerned.

Our effectiveness and ultimate success depends on the personal commitment of each one of us to operate in keeping with the Organizational Integrity Program and the Standards of Conduct.

Please read the statement below and sign it to confirm that, as an employee of Youville, you understand and agree that it is part of your job responsibility to adhere to the standards of the Organizational Integrity Program.

Youville requires all employees to participate in a presentation reviewing our history and mission, and the Organizational Integrity Program and its Standards of Conduct upon employment and annually.
