MSCA Member Facility, Notre Dame Health Care, recently announced Philip Hickey, MBA, MHA, MLNHA as their new President and Chief Executive Officer. He has nearly 40 years of leadership experience in the healthcare field including many years of service in non-profit post-acute care, long term care, memory care, assisted living and independent living communities. “My values around senior care parallel with the mission of Notre Dame Health Care and our sponsors, the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur,” said Hickey. “I feel honored and privileged to help lead this organization and am looking forward to working with all the staff and meeting our residents, patients and families.”
