Nursing facility June quarterly feedback reports for the FY 2024 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Value-Based Purchasing Program from iQIES are now available. Nursing facilities should review facility and stay-level data for the SNF 30-Day All-Cause Readmission Measure for FY 2022 for accuracy.
