Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell this week issued an advisory to reinforce the regulatory requirements temporary nursing agencies must follow regarding the permissible rates that may be charged to long-term care facilities. The AGO advisory is intended to ensure that all practices and rates charged by temporary nursing agencies are consistent with Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) rules and regulations.
