The deadline for nursing facilities to file the 2022 DCC-Q Final Form electronically on the UMASS portal is July 30th. The webform to submit the final filing can be accessed at https://nf.uenter.org/NF/.

- FY 2022 DCC-Q Final Instructions; the July 14, 2022 updated instructions for the filing of the 2022 Final DCC-Q form, clarify how to report the federal and state revenue COVID-19 revenue. Please note the revised portions are highlighted in yellow (Line 28/Other Revenue and Section G/Notes and Additional Information). The electronic form has not changed but this COVID-19 information is important to specify as it would allow EOHHS to make a more precise determination of unadjusted revenue and adjusted revenue for the purposes of the DCC-Q ratio; and
