Palm Center in Chelmsford, a Mass Senior Care member facility, is being recognized with a 2022 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which honors long term and post-acute care providers that have demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities. This year, 46 long term care organizations in 24 states and the District of Columbia achieved a Silver Quality Award.
“We are extremely proud of the staff at Palm Center who have been recognized as a Silver National Quality Award Recipient,” said Tara Gregorio, President of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association. “This success requires a commitment to resident care and staff who are dedicated to quality improvement, and we applaud Palm Center for their achievement.”
