  • Ask Your Senator to Respect and Protect Nursing Home Caregiver Wages
Tell lawmakers we need to support nursing home residents and their caregivers!
May 5, 2022

The Massachusetts Senate is in the process of developing its FY 2023 state budget and your continued and sustained advocacy is needed to respect and protect nursing home caregiver wages. Massachusetts Senior Care Association’s FY2023 Vital Workforce Investment Proposal would provide $238 million to ensure quality resident care and address our workforce crisis.

We are urging state lawmakers to support Mass Senior Care’s FY2023 Vital Workforce Investment Proposal which is urgently needed in order to immediately fill 1,850 of the 7,400 vacant direct care positions in nursing facilities and maintain ongoing wage investments for dedicated nursing home caregivers.

TAKE ACTION TODAY!

Send a message to your State Senator using this link (https://p2a.co/VCb1dzP). It will only take two minutes to fill in your information, review the pre-written message and submit the email.
