  • Federal Child Tax Credits and Stimulus Funds Available for Individuals and Families Who Have Not Received Them – November 15th Deadline
November 4, 2021

Please help spread the word about the availability of child tax credits and stimulus funds for individuals who may not have received them, including those who did not file taxes in 2019 and 2020.

Individuals and families could get thousands of dollars in federal money, including $250-$300 per child per month under the 2021 Child Tax Credit and any missed stimulus payments for themselves or their children/dependents - $600-$3200 per person. Individuals and families must sign up by November 15.  After November 15, individuals and families will need to wait until the IRS reopens for applications in early 2022.

Monies received through the Child Tax Credit and stimulus payments do NOT count for MassHealth, SNAP, TAFDC, SSI, public housing or most other benefits. Getting this money also does not impact immigration status or the status of people who live with them. To Learn more, please click here.
