Massachusetts Senior Care Association is pleased to be co-sponsoring JVS Boston’s quarterly Economic Opportunity Forum scheduled for Monday, November 8th from 12-1pm, the focus of the program will be Job Quality: An Equitable and Smart Strategy for Employers in This Tight Labor Market. In the midst of a very tight job market, attracting and retaining the best workforce is more important than ever. This forum and the 10-Day technical assistance will focus on how job quality can keep employers competitive and enable workers to attain economic stability and contribute to a thriving economy. Expert speakers include Megan Cummings, Executive Director of Cincinnati Women's Fund, Sarah Kalloch, Executive Director of Good Jobs Institute and Mandy Townsend, VP of Employer Engagement of JVS Boston. Each speaker will offer their perspective on job quality and the current labor market, followed by an employer panel about how to become and the benefits of being a Quality Employer.
