Mass Senior Care Association was proud to nominate Larissa Lucas, MD FACP CMD HMDC, Medical Director Extended Care at North Shore Physician’s Group in Peabody, for the 2021 Schwartz Center National Compassionate Caregivers of the Year (NCCY) Award. Serving as Medical Director at numerous skilled nursing facilities, Dr. Lucas has provided strength of purpose, resiliency and compassion to support the clinical, caregiving and emotional needs of residents, their families and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. As one of 200 worthy caregivers from across the country nominated for this prestigious award, Dr. Lucas received an honorable mention.
