St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full-time, Evening Supervisor to join our team.
IMPROVED RESIDENT TO STAFF RATIOS to support our employees commitment to quality care!
Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring ad evaluating the care provided to all residents on the evening shift.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
2 years experience in a long term care setting with 1 year in a leadership or supervisor role
Job functions:
Serves as a clinical leader for the 3 pm-11 pm shift
Monitors staff scheduling
Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process. Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions
Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed
Assists with the admission process
Assists with staff evaluations
Helps staff respond timely in an emergency
Conducts rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care
Communicates and assists families and visitors
Performs other duties as assigned
