To assist nursing facilities in meeting their ongoing workforce needs and complying with the Commonwealth’s newly established staffing standard of 3.58 hours per patient day (HPPD), Mass Senior Care will be hosting a workforce webinar. Learn about key strategies for recruiting and retaining direct care staff during a pandemic, understand the role of Resident Care Assistants, update on the latest enhancements of the State’s LTC Staffing Portal 3.0, and how to establish a CNA talent pipeline in your long-term care facility.
