The FY20 MassHealth Direct Care Webform is now operational. The URL is https://www.uenter.org/nf/. The due date for filing the report is Friday, July 31, 2020.
If you have difficulty logging in to your account or have other questions, please email NFReporting@umassmed.edu. EOHHS has also asked Mass Senior Care to remind facilities that they should contact UMass at NFReporting@umassmed.edu ASAP if your registered user did not receive the email from the agency. It is possible some providers may have not received the email because the nursing facility contact information that UMass has on file is outdated. These facilities will need to update the registered user with the agency to access the webform.
