MassHealth has issued NF Provider Bulletin 143 Updating Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) regulations for individuals with Intellectual Disability, Developmental Disability, and/or Serious Mental Illness. This bulletin maintains the substantive requirements set forth in Nursing Facility Bulletin 141, except it extends the permitted duration of the Convalescent Care and Respite Categorical Determinations to 75 and 15 days, respectively. |
