The Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) has issued a letter to nursing facilities announcing the availability of the new electronic Management Company cost report, the MGT – CR. The MGT-CR form replaces the HCF-3 form. CHIA has adjusted the due dates of all 2018 cost reports (HCF-1, HCF-2 and MGT-CR) to August 15, 2019 to allow facilities not less than 60 days following the release of the new electronic MGT-CR form
