  • Reminder: EEO1 Reports Due February 1, 2026
December 19, 2025

This is a reminder to all employers that EEO1 reports are due to the Secretary of the Commonwealth no later than February 1, 2026. This requirement was put into place on July 31, 2024, when Governor Healey signed An Act Relative to Salary Range Transparency, now Chapter 141 of the Acts of 2024. The law requires employers with 100 or more employees who are subject to the federal filing requirements of EEO Data Reports to submit their EEO Data Reports to the Secretary of the Commonwealth for transmission to the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD). For employers filing EEO-1 this is required annually, and the next report is due by February 1, 2026. Reports may be submitted via this link.
