The Massachusetts Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) issued a reminder that the calendar year 2024 nursing facility cost report filings are due no later than June 1, 2025. All three cost reports and instructions for completing the Skilled Nursing Facility Cost Report (SNF-CR), the Realty Company Cost Report (REA-CR) and the Management Company/Central Office Cost Report (MGT-CR) are available on the CHIA website here. CHIA notes that it does not intend to allow for extensions beyond the due date.
