In order to work toward being fully staffed for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Massachusetts’ nursing homes, an additional 4,000 CNAs need to be hired. As the demand for CNAs clearly exceeds supply, facilities must embrace strategies to grow their own workforce.
