The Legislature’s Joint Committee on Elder Affairs has scheduled a public in person and virtual hearing on Monday, April 10th at 9:30 am on the Omnibus Nursing Home reform bill: An Act to Improve Quality and Oversight of Long-Term Care. The bill is a refile of a bill originally authored by the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs in the prior legislative session which consolidated 16 separate pieces of legislation filed during the 2021-2022 legislative session. The public is invited to participate in this hearing. The Chairs will limit testimony to 3 minutes per speaker.
