The Massachusetts Senior Care Association mourns the passing of Mark W. Tobin, a visionary leader in long term care whose decades of service left an enduring mark on the nursing home profession and the Association. He served on the Association's Board of Directors for 30 years, including a term as Board Chair, providing thoughtful leadership during a period of tremendous change for the profession. He was a trusted advisor, and a passionate advocate for providers and residents alike, whose insight and perspective strengthened the Association and its mission.

For more than 40 years, Mark dedicated his career to improving the lives of older adults across Massachusetts. As a nursing home and assisted living administrator and founder of The Pointe Group, his commitment to excellence earned him the respect of colleagues throughout the industry.
