Mass Senior Care Association is pleased to announce that Stephanie Galica will be joining the Association as Chief of Staff. She will play a key role in managing internal operations, coordinating government relationships, and advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen MSCA’s mission. Stephanie will work closely with MSCA leadership to promote the Association’s policy priorities, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support members across the long-term care community.

Stephanie brings more than 25 years of experience in U.S. healthcare, including leadership roles focused on expanding access to critical medications for patients in need. Most recently, she worked in the public health sector, specializing in government affairs and state policy, with legislative and regulatory experience within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Stephanie was raised around the world as a military child and graduated from the University of Vermont. She and her husband have five children, Brandon, Kristopher, Kate, Dylan and Blake.

We are excited to welcome Stephanie and look forward to the valuable expertise she will bring to MSCA and its members.
