As part of its Nursing Facility Transparency Modernization Initiative, the Massachusetts Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) has updated its Nursing Facility Cost Reports webpage with the posting of calendar year 2024 SNF, Realty and Management Company reports. The agency began posting nursing facility cost reports online for calendar years 2020 and are now adding management company reports. Later this month, CHIA will be updating its public interactive dashboard and databook using 2024 cost report data and this year the dashboard will include information from the management company reports, including total margin.
