Mass Senior Care is looking forward to celebrating National Assisted Living Week, happening Sunday, September 8, through Saturday, September 14, 2024! This annual observance provides a unique opportunity for residents, their loved ones, staff, volunteers, and the surrounding communities to recognize the role of assisted living in caring for America’s seniors and individuals with disabilities.
This year’s theme is ‘Inspiring Generations’, encouraging all to celebrate the bonds developed between different generations. The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) has put together several resources to help assisted living communities around the country with organizing events and activities to celebrate the individuals they serve, as well as to help educate members of the public about this distinctive aspect of long term care.
