The transition to CMI Medicaid reimbursement comes with a few challenges, namely a lowering of your Staffing and Quality measure Five-Star Domain Scores. In addition, we have a new staffing case-mix adjustment methodology being unveiled this July, and several QMs transitioning in and out of the Quality Measure Domain.
