Per Assisted Living Residences (ALR) regulations, all certified ALRs in Massachusetts must annually report an Annual Aggregate Data Report (AADR) on or before March 1st and a Financial Disclosure Statement within 90 days of the end of the ALR's fiscal year to EOEA.
