We are seeking highly motivated and qualified LPN's to join our nursing department. Our dedicated professionals have the heart, soul, skills AND outstanding proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to be successful and enjoy coming to work.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to assess the healthcare needs of the patient/resident, make a nursing diagnosis, transition this through collaboration with the nursing team, into an interdisciplinary plan of care.
Is able to communicate this plan to all care providers in a way that ensures continuity of care for the patient/resident.
Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, families, medical staff and community
Demonstrates the proficiency with computerized documentation.
Demonstrates responsibility for one's own practice, utilizing educational opportunities to expand or refresh skills and/or knowledge and then demonstrates the ability to apply knowledge and share with others.
Demonstrates the ability to provide education to patients/residents regarding their healthcare issues and care plan strategies. Provides ongoing education regarding nursing practices to other members of the healthcare team under his/her supervision
Demonstrates the ability to document data in an accurate and timely way that maintains the facility resources to meet facility, state and federal requirements.
Complies with legal requirements , standards, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to those within the
Compliance Process, Code of Conduct and HIPPA.
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered, license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
