MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
The award winning team at John Adams Healthcare Center is looking for a qualified Maintenance Director. We are a 70 bed Long-term Care Center that is owned and operated by National Healthcare Corporation. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care, has extensive knowledge of current state and federal regulations, and is able to effectively maintain and operate a preventative maintenance program. Qualifications:
*3 years of Nursing Home experience
*Knowledge of electric systems, boilers, plumbing, generators, and HVAC systems
*Knowledge of MassMap and Emergency Preparedness/Management
*Must have knowledge of Federal and State Regulations
*Must be comfortable operating and repairing small equipment
