On October 18, the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living held elections for the 2024/2025 term. Originally scheduled to be held at the AHCA/NCAL Convention in Orlando, Florida, the elections were held virtually as the Convention was cancelled due to Hurricane Milton.
Norman Rokeach, President of Marquis Limited was elected to the AHCA Board of Governors. Marquis Limited operates skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout the Eastern Seaboard, including 10 in Massachusetts. Tara Gregorio, President of Massachusetts Senior Care Association, was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). Tara is representing the NCAL Board in her capacity the Vice President of the American Society of Health Care Administration Executives (ASHCAE).
