This week, Mass Senior Care members and staff traveled to Washington, DC to participate in the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL) Congressional Briefing and meet with members of the Massachusetts Delegation. In these meetings, MSCA focused exclusively on the need to collaborate on addressing the sector’s staffing challenges and the detrimental effect that the federal staffing mandate would have on access to nursing facility care.
