Skilled nursing facilities must report their 2023 Quarter 1 (December 26, 2022 - March 26, 2023) Weekly Healthcare Personnel COVID-19 Vaccination Summary data to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) by August 15, 2023. Facilities are already entering this data weekly to the LTC component of NHSN to comply with the requirements outlined by QSO-20-29-NH (cms.gov). However, facilities should take time to ensure that their weekly NHSN reporting is entered and accurate for that quarter before the August 15th deadline.
It is important that facilities enter data in a timely manner ahead of the August 15 deadline to ensure data completion and accuracy. Facilities should allow extra time to review their data for accuracy. If there is a change in NHSN Facility Administrator, please complete the Change NHSN Facility Administrator online form.
