With the increase in market penetration of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Managed Care, even the savviest providers are being challenged. Provider-owned networks are helping providers improve clinical outcomes and access value-based reimbursement, which has eluded long term care and post-acute care providers without the volume to do so. To best position providers for the future in a managed care world, the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living is working with Massachusetts Senior Care Association and providers to explore a provider-owned network. This webinar will help you learn more about the benefits and challenges of provider-owned networks, and other states who have started and are implementing networks as a tool to improve providers' position negotiating with managed care, participate in value based contracts, and improve quality.
