Seminar Description:
Few jobs offer the opportunity to upskill with career and economic advancement as rapidly as the pathway to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) yet recent data demonstrates that Massachusetts nursing facilities are under-utilizing this opportunity. Join us as we clarify the regulations surrounding Resident Care Assistants/nurse aides in training, share updates to nurse aide certification and testing and hear the nuts and bolts of how MSCA member BaneCare has trained over 100 new RCAs and CNAs with their highly successful training program.
