Program Overview:
With continued pressures on cash flow, nursing facilities are increasingly working with residents, their families and responsible parties to successfully navigate the Medicaid eligibility process. Chad Bogar, CEO and Managing Partner, sb2 inc, will discuss various strategies, including the strategic application of CMS regulations, that may help to reduce Medicaid losses. This discussion will inform attendees how CMS regulations may be utilized to ensure your due process rights are protected throughout the process. Chad will also review various relevant court cases and decisions.

Cancellation Policy:
Mass Senior Care must be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of the class for a credit of equal amount to be issued to your Mass Senior Care account. Refunds will not be given and “No Show” attendees will be billed at the full registration fee.
