Massachusetts Senior Care Association has developed the Resident Care Assistant Onboarding Toolkit for Members offering best practices to assist with hiring and onboarding RCAs. The Resident Care Assistant (RCAs) role is a non-certified position which can help to support CNAs and nursing staff in skilled nursing facilities and create a training pipeline to critically needed direct care workforce.
